.. someone in Evangelion referred to Kaworu as "the one who knows
everything". I can't remember seeing this quote in any dialog
transscriptions, but I'm pretty sure I heard it while I was watching the
series. It was either by SEELE or NERV, but I don't remember which.

Can anyone verify this?
