My brother is graduating from high school this coming Sunday (wow does that make me feel old!). Anyhoo, he's going to be starting college this fall and he'll be studying Japanese, so I'd like to write something in his graduation card in Japanese, but obviously me habla Ingles.

So...could anyone tell me how to say "congratulations from your favorite sister" in Japanese? (BTW, I also happen to be his ONLY sister.)
