   Filmbooks. From Newtype. They take screen captures from the anime and 
   arrange them into a book.

And!  there are two different editions!  The original 9-volumes and
the newer 3-volume ``remix''.  (I think --- I haven't actually seen
the remix volumes.)  I've heard the remix volumes deprecated.

The 9 volume books are pretty good, though they're summaries of the
episodes.  (If you've ever seen a filmbook for the Ghibli movies, the
Newtype books are a real disappointment --- the Ghibli filmbooks are
basically mangas using the stills, and have 95% of the film's
dialogue.)
