they've been doing it, every time the release comes within 4 or 5 months
they delay it by another 6... at this rate I can see the movies coming out
 in 2015.

And there was a time when ADV said they'd have good extras on the series
DVDs... and we all knew how that turned out. I see a Manga release of the
movies in about 2 or 3 years, with a horrible dub, lame character bios and
an ad for their other products as extras. Layovers? They'll be there.
Interview? LoL! Don't expect it. Even so, why does it take 10 months to do
it? :P Although we may get a wonderful interview with Spike Spencer! Yeah,
I'm really looking forward to what he has to say! Maybe a partial
translation of the RCB that was translated on the web only 5 years ago!

I'd expect a humungous dissappointment. This isn't a very reputable company
 in the first place -_-
check out animeondvd.com, thats where I found out.

Yeah, I'm being overly pessimistic. But from a company thats charging $30
for Death & Rebirth, (which contains what, 10 minutes of new footage?) and
takes 4 years to release one of the most popular anime movies of all time(if
not more), its hard to be optomistic.

I seem to recall that Manga swore that there were no layovers since Manga
does not use that type of style during their releases of imported films. On
the Anno thing, there has only been one recorded interview with the creator
of EVA and I am trying to remember whether it was at AC in '96 or if it as
during the release of EoE. Either way there is sure to be an interview, if
not don't be surprised. Tiffany Grant actually said when I met her that there
are interviews with a good portion of the American actors/actresses...

The one thing though.. that really got me.. I asked her about the infamous
last line of "I feel sick.."

According to what Ms. Grant told me.. that is not the last line at all. She
told me and my *coughs* ex-girlfriend that they planned for a good 2 months
what the last line was supposed to be. Work was joined inwith guidance from
Japan itself and finally a new line was used.

Ms. Grant would not tell me what the lines is, therefore I can only expect
something either really good.. or really bad..

But there you have it about the DVDs. Along with interviews, Ms. Grant said
galleries of production design much like the Groundwork books is viewable on
the CD, outtakes (oh joy!), and possibly the interviews with Japanese staff.
I don't doubt that Manga would place interviews inside of the DVD because
they did the same thing with Perfect Blue which was an excellent movie by the
way.

Anyways I'll go before I begin to rant some more.
