Well, they can't republish *the* RCB because it is fragmented over
several studios (the glossary, for instance, is by Studio Yuu). But a
pamphlet is being included and parts of the RCB will surface in it.
Keith said they were going to use the RCB as a guide but it will be
changed enough so that it's not a blatant rip off of the original.
