It seems that the guys at ADV do too.

I asked about the last line on the www.madman.com.au forums and
this is the response I got from AmandaWinnLee:

"Dude, relax. We did not change the last line. After MUCH research and
consulting with our Japanese contacts we decided on the line "How
disgusting." We went with this rather than "I feel sick" because the
original japanese would not actually say "I feel sick" but rather "Feel
sick..." Therefore, we decided "How disgusting" was the closest translation
that made sense...."

So yeah, it looks like the line wasn't changed after all.
