So they just don't find a sound-alike but are able to get someone who can
carry all the emotion of the original?

Dammit! There are enough english speakers over there and I am sure they are
finally realizing there is an anime market outside of Japan. When will they
start english dubbing as part of the original production? I'm not a sub
bigot, I actually prefer dubs, just when they're done well. In other words,
I'm stuck watching a lot of subs. :)
