[EVA] Video Release

I just watched some of ADVision (or is it Manga Entertainment?)'s Evangelion 
Genesis 0:1 dubbed version and I was wondering if Manga or ADV (i forget 
which) would use the same cast for the EoE and D&R movies.  I've seen the 
subbed version of Genesis 0:1 and, IMO, it's 1000 times better.  IMO, the 
dubbed version totally killed the emotions of the original voice actors.  
Everything sounded fake and a lot of the translated words were very verbose 
and awkward-sounding.  Does anybody know if Manga Entertainment (or ADV) 
will release the subbed and dubbed versions of EoE and D&R at the same time? 
  From what I've read, the VHS is March 2002 and DVD is May 2002, I think.
