ADV Films releases the TV series, Manga Entertainment will be releasing the 
movies. Death and Rebirth as well as The End of Evangelion are scheduled to 
be released on the same date, with the same dub cast that ADV used. Dub and 
Sub released at the same time.

And to the person who posted the site that sells bootlegs, shame on you! We 
support official releases here!
