[EVA] Biggest source of new Eva info since the RCB!!

Okay, before this starts getting out of hand, let me just say that I do not
plan to translate all (nor even most) of the cards.  Furthermore, my
translation will only be the fine print (extra information), and not the
larger print (game instructions).  My reasons for this are the incredible
amount of time a complete translation would take, and the fact that most
cards (especially the Part I (TV) cards) do not give any new information,
which is my main motivation for doing Eva translations.

I also have fairly decent quality scans of most cards, and the only cards I
am missing that I also do not have scans of are:  A-27, C-25, D-74, D-80,
H-4, and P-79.  Of course, these are all listed as "rare" cards...

Aside from copyright issues, the Part II (movie) boxes also have rather large
white printing on the back in Japanese and all-cap English letters that says:
"ANY AND ALL SALE AND/OR EXPORT OF THIS PRODUCT OUTSIDE JAPAN IS STRICTLY
PROHIBITED."

Obviously, these cards must be classified as a "strategic commodity" under
the Foreign Exchange and Export Control Act...  -_-
