It may be that since she's not in the plan described by the secret dead sea
scrolls, she doesn't belong to the cathegory. As a tool to control the impact,
Rei would be on par with Eva 01, in terms of classification, rather than with
any angel, whose role is to...be an angel (do angel stuff, y'know, create
occasions for personal and interpersonal torment betweem characters, do holes in
the ground, swallow kids...^^).
