[EVA] ADV's "Premium" Eva DVD boxset

ADV has repeatedly said that they don't have the rights to the Director's
Cut footage and will never get them.  So it's pretty doubtful, though i
wouldn't put it past them to pull a silly stunt like that because then all
the ppl who bought the individual discs (like sorry old me) would have to
buy the entire boxset to get them.  i'm already annoyed enough that i'll
have to buy another copy of vol. 1 to get a "good" set.  my magic 8-ball
says "highly unlikely". ^_^
