What got me is that ADV wouldn't say what's different about the Premium
set. I can't imagine what would warrant it being called "Premium".
(hmmm... Standard = Original disc 1, Premium = Remastered disc 1 :P)

And they're not really getting much flak for pulling that move. Making
many many people buy 2 of the same disc?
