You get all the new scenes and redone scenes, plus head/tail of the
preceding/following scenes to give the new footage context in the actual
episodes (basically, you'll know exactly where these scenes fit in).
Subbing the entire episodes was not ethically or legally possible. And
in addition to Bochan's and my own qualms about distributing a tape like
that, none of the distributors I wanted to send the tape to would
distribute it since technically ADV Films still owns the original
broadcast footage.

I've received no complaints about the format of the tape. A few
questions about 'Why' it's like that, but from the people I talked to it
was clear how the new aspects fit into the episodes. So, it should be
easy to follow, though I do strongly recommend reviewing eps 21-24 so
you can better appreciate the redone footage and notice the differences
in animation and dialogue.
