What would have been the differences?

Been out for a year probably.

Would AWL still have been contracted to dub? Or just recruit the
original VAs?
Presumably Matt Greenfield would have translated, as for Eva TV.

Would Misato have spoken so vulgarly in the dub?
Would ADV have known about Rebirth & Air?
What extras and audio/visual?
DVD-9 with vid notes on the subtitled?

I think there would still have been a 2 disc release though. Set of both
following later.

But not much other differences generally.
