How do I come off as an ADV apologist?  Where did I say even say anything positive about ADV!?!  I'm like the rest of you, I was extremely pissed about how they handled the DVDs with the overlays, extras, etc...   ADV is far from what I consider a great company, and I'd rank them only above Manga.  Hense the use of 'enough respect' and not just 'respect'. The difference is that I don't think they'd have included fuck in Misato's dialogue, and I think they'd have noticed that this wasn't the real 'Rebirth' they were using.  While I agree that ADV doesn't hold enough respect for Eva as we do, I do think they have more respect for it than Manga does. Thats all I'm saying!

How much of my post did you read?  I agree with you! Where did I give ADV a free ride?  I criticized them for the dub, for the extras, etc... did you read any of that!?!  While I think it'd be better in the sense that it'd come out in reasonable time, and I think they'd atleast let us now somewhat beforehand that the real Rebirth isn't there instead of suddenly discovering it when the thing came out, the dub would still be bad, there would probably be fewer extras than what Manga gave us, etc... If you read my entire post instead of just a few select lines, you'd know that.
