I have not yet gotten around to pick up that DVD,
though I have been planning on doing so for a while. I
actually did go off with the intention to buy it on
the original release date, but no one had it around me
and then I discovered that it wasn't actually shipped
yet - so I lost immediate interest and bought other
things.
I have heard a lot of good things about the disc,
although from what I hear it sounds like some of the
more complex fansubs. With the different font types
and colors used to match the original
hiragana/kanji/katakana type faces. Don't get me
wrong, I don't think that's a bad thing, but is it
really something new? (<- serious question --- I
haven't seen how the subs are presented yet)
I do like The Right Stuf Int'l though. Their Boogiepop
Phantom (my favorite series since Eva :P) DVDs are
well done with appropriate extras - and the English
commentary is well-worth listening to (imho). I do
think I'd regard them in my Top 3 US companies based
on what I've seen them do thus far.
