[EVA] Eva movie R2 DVD

Would anyone be able to tell me what bonus features
there are on the Japanese region 2 DVD release of the
Evangelion DVDs?  Eg glossary?  Script?

I'm referring to the individual DVD release of the
movies, with the cover illustration by Sadamoto.  I've
got the Second Impact DVD box set myself and was just
wondering whether there's any difference between the
features on the individual release and the box set
release.
