[EVA] End of Eva Question (slight spoiler)

hey question everyone, there is probably a simple explanation to my inquiry 
but I have to ask anyway since it's been a while since I've seen End of Eva. 
Anyway what i wanted to know is, during the whole Seele troops take over 
thing. What happen to all the MIBs or the security guys that were dressed in 
black that used to swarm the place. 

I'm talking to a friend of my and we both remember Maya, Aoba and the rest 
getting armed to fight the Seele troops. But i don't recall seeing the Nerv 
Security guys...
