[EVA] EoE little spoiler: dream or reality?

i used to think this scene is reality. now i am not so sure. i think it is
very possible that it is a fantasy based on what shinji thought could have
(should have? would have?) gone down in that kitchen. i need to watch EoE
and (especially) the DC episodes again and decide. i think asuka is acting
too casual in that scene to have just been choked. but i don't know if that
doesn't mean it could not have happened directly after. i should bust my
"volume 6" DVD out again.

i'm not sure that's an impediment to something actually happening in eva. =)

then again, you might think sitting naked in dirty bathwater in a
half-destroyed house is pretty banal. i dunno!
