And all the American otaku immediatley think "All I have 
to do is go to Japan and then it's like SCORE!" And then 
someone explains that most japanese girls aren't space 
princesses, don't have day-glo hair, and don't talk with a 
perky sing-song accent. Thus the illusion is shattered. 



Does make a person wonder what the end of such 
psychological developments will be. Can Japan recover and, 
if not, what does it become in the end?
