But these are not views and opinions relevant to Eva. This list is not for
knowing what fic is statistically considered the best, it is for putting our
brains together to find out why does Shinji try to strangle Asuka at the end of
the movie (as an example of a thread of discussion that was stormed, dropped and
stormed again many times). I agree that it is unproductive when you get an
"already done that" answer without even a "look in the archives". But there
hasn't been any relevant proposal in a while, and as I said, I (as a consequence
of this list's general orientation) am not in favor of a "as long as we talk
about something it's ok" stance.
