[EVA][OT] Evangelion's drawing made by other artists?

It'd be a mistake to assume that, just because an anime is aimed at 
kids, it's not "serious".  Digimon was always more angst-filled and 
complex than your average children's show, with a lot of the 
characters trying to deal with dysfunctional home lives and such. 
Season 3 (Tamers) is particular interesting for Eva fans, since the 
head writer was Chiaki Konaka, who also did serial experiment lain. 
As I understand it, he's a big Eva fan, so Digimon Tamers, like lain, 
is heavily influenced by Eva.  (The visuals are particularly telling 
in this regard - the scene where Juri/Jeri is running towards her 
sick mother in a flashback is very reminiscent of Asuka's running 
scene; there's at least one of those 'character looking up directly 
into an overhead camera so their face looks sort of distorted' shots 
with Takato (cf. Shinji... I forget where that scene is; also lain 
had some weird overhead angle shots); etc.)
