Now that I look at the website again, I can't find any
news of a WoH artbook.  If anyone can, please point it
out.

The recent news on the GAiNAX site I did find was of
the release of the book "Passport to Outer Space -
Diary of the Rocket Launch 1999-2001" by a Sasamoto
Hiroichi/Yuichi(?), price 1524 yen (excluding tax).  I
could be wrong, but it seems like a bit of a travel
journal by someone tracking recent rocket launches. 
Could animenewsnetwork have made a mistake...?  Their
report refers to a book somewhat similarly titled
"Wings of Honneamise [ie Royal Space Force]: Diary to
Outer Space 1999-2000".
