You can't get them all on the list, I believe it goes back as far as stage
27. Depending in which country you live in there should be a local edition
of the manga, i.e viz for the US, Planet for Italy, etc. though Book 7 of
the manga shouldn't be available yet, since it got out in Japan last
december.
