here is a list of the NGE Angels plus some background info i researched during some spare time. Hope it helps

The NGE ANGELS

1st Angel: Lillith: Adam’s First wife, In Jewish myths A female demon and Bride of Sammael. Also the Mother of Cain.
2nd Angel: Adam: The Second angel, also called the bright angel. Said to reach from ‘Earth to the firmament’.
3rd Angel: Sachiel: Angel of the Cherubim order. Resident of the first Heaven. Presides over Jupiter. 
4th Angel: Shamshiel: Ruler of the 4th Heaven, prince of paradise. Guardian angel of Eden.  
5th Angel: Ramiel: Presides over true visions, leader of the apostles. Chief of Thunder, and has charge of souls that come for judgement on the last day. 
6th Angel: Gagiel: Angelic guard of the 6th Heaven 
7th Angel: Israfel : Angel of resurrection and song. Will Blow the trumpet on Judgement day.
8th Angel: Sandalphon : Originally the Prophet Elais. One of the great angelic princes, Brother of the Metatron. Master of song. Angel of Glory.
9th Angel: Matarael : The  Angel of Rain, also one of the rulers of the world.
10th Angel: Sahaquiel :  Angelic ruler of the sky.
11th Angel: Ireul : Angel resident of the 5th Heaven.
12th Angel: Leliel : one of the Angelic rulers of the Night.  
13th Angel: Bardiel : The angel of Hail.
14th Angel: Zeruel: the Angel of Strength, and the arm of God.
15th Angel: Arael : One of the spirits which the rabbis of Talmud made princes over the people of the birds.
16th Angel: Armisael : Angel of the Womb.
17th Angel: Tabris:  Angel of free will. One of the Genii of the 6th Hour.
18th Angel: Humanity
