[EVA] (ML) German ties to EVA

Because of the fact that germany was japan's ally in wwII, thus the 
relation. Well..sort of but it has something to do with that fact. other 
relations, the eva-02 was sent from germany, asuka's german, and the S2 
engines are made in germany
