Viz Comics last released the regular and Collector's Edition of Neon
Genesis Evangelion Book 6 #4 in October, 2001. Here's a transcript of

Unit-03's terrible nature has been revealed and now it's a mad scramble
to destroy the aberrant Eva. First, Asuka falls to the beast's crippling
