[EVA] reissue of the first DVD

Hey everybody, long time no talk.

Anyway, I heard a rumor that ADV was going to come out with the first DVD 
that does not have any of the stupid overlays and cut out scenes. Is this 
true, aqnd if it is then can someone give me the details and possibly where 
I could get it? Thanks!!
