[EVA] Asuka's short shorts

hello all,

this is going to sound pedantic, but does anyone know
if those shorts that Asuka wore with that yellow shirt
occasionally were made of denim or something else? I'm
writing a fic, and although it doesn't really matter,
i'd still like to know.
