[EVA] reissue of the first DVD

IIRC, no scenes were cut out of the first DVD. The only problems are:

1) Overlays that translated Japanese signs to English
2) Overlays looked "newer" compared to the original cels.
3) Video transfer seems to indicate that the masters ADV used were
sub-par.
4) The spine on the DVD cover doesn't match the spines of the other DVD
covers.
