Yes, and as I said in the thread about that album this time
last year, I think it's a total farce, done for purely commercial
purposes. Yui has already "inherited" Megumi's birthday of
the 30th of March and the RCB states specifically that Rei's
birthday is "unknown". The album was just titled in that manner
to cash in on both Rei and Megumi's popularity in my opinion
and should not be taken as any "proof" at all of Rei's real
birthday.

I think it is just one of those things we will never know for 
sure. Because Rei was "created" the actual date is completely
arbitrary. As someone mentioned last year, if you were going
apply the VA-Character birthday correlation strictly then both
Pen-Pen and Eva-01 would have to be "born/created" on 
March 20th as well, which is rather absurd.
