[EVA] Please say it isn't so

I think an important thing to note is that here in Australia
we had Eva screened on the Free-To-Air station SBS 
back at the start of 1999. At that time it was totally uncut.
Originally it was screened on Saturday nights at 8:30 pm
and later that moved to Monday at 8:30 (when they 
screened the series again - it was so popular SBS 
screened their two runs of it back to back, the second
starting before the first had even finished). 

So that set a precedent. I haven't been following the
Eva screening on CN at all, but I have heard that it
has been fairly good. I don't know what, if anything, 
they have cut, but I don't think you can make a 
direct comparison between what is currently showing
in Australia and what _might_ be considering that we
have already had Eva screened here Uncut twice
already.
