Wow.  Manga stoops to another low.  First they delay the movies by what, 2 years?  Then they charge way too high a price for a disc that contains practically no footage that you can't find elsewhere. And now we find that Rebirth isn't even on there?!  I'm now seriously considering skipping this release entirely, even though I've never seen Death & Rebirth...
