[EVA] Manga continuation - Stage 54

Thanks once again.

While there isn't really anything that would decisively prove that
Sadamoto is steering Shinji and Rei together, Asuka's continued absence
is quite mysterious, and if he doesn't want to really screw things he's
going to need a good explanation for that, even the lousiest narration
doesn't have characters suddenly disappearing.

Interesting note from Kozou explicitly saying Kaji kidnapped him, and
Sadamoto's trademark punctualizations come in Misato's flashbacks as
well.

There's also no reason to assume that he couldn't spare Kaji's life, or
prolong it a little more, though for some reason I feel he'll go on with
the "live at the cost of somebody else's death" trend for the character
and Kaji's going to die for Misato.
