Nobody seems to be talking about the biggest change made in this
Stage: Fuyutsuki does not explain how Naoko died.

This opens up the possibility that Naoko did not kill Rei I and commited
suicide (or was killed) for some other reason. If the Rei we see in the
manga series is indeed "the origional" it might explain her more 
expressive nature. IMHO each time Rei "dies" in the anime series she moves 
further from Yui and closer to Lilith consequently becoming more 
alienated.
