If you only want the dub, or know French, both movies are already on
sale in one package from Amazon Fr.

It has the English dub & French-only subtitled for the Japanese track.
Being French they are in PAL format, but being Europe R2.

Otherwise importing the US versions (Michael will probably get them
until your R4 comes out) will be sooner.
