Yes, I don't disagree with that, but RJN said "being French, it's in PAL" 
which it probably won't be.  It is more likely that the French DVD will be 
in SECAM.  I'm not saying you can't buy and watch it safely, I'm saying 
it's not a PAL disk it will be SECAM.
