[EVA] Kotetsu no Girlfriend 2nd - What does this mean?

I went to Gainax's website, and I went to this page:

Now my Japanese is spotty at best, and what I got out of it was that there's 
going to be a new PC adventure game of Eva called Kotetsu no Girlfriend 2nd. 
  The help of someone more fluent than I would be appreciated.  Thanks.
