No, across the top of the magazine cover it clearly says in large characters:
"Ace A".  The katakana for "Ace" is not furigana, but is instead the same size
as the "A" and positioned to the left (in front) of the "A".  The other
characters for "monthly" and "shonen (youth)" are smaller and to the
(upper)-left.

The full and correct name is: "Monthly Shonen Ace-A".
