[EVA] A Question that may have been asked before!

A bit of a personal attack here eh?  Although Anno didn't have anything to 
do with girlfriend of steel / iron maiden , whichever you fancy, I believe 
it has a good plot and contains something tons of people were looking for 
after eva... Shinji and some sort of relationship.. You'd hoped for it the 
whole time and got a bit of something with asuka and shinji.. Course we 
might have liked to see more but it didn't happen.

I could also make the argument that Evangelion was just put out by gainax 
and anno to make money.. A marketing ploy as you said.. With huge robots and 
angst and whatnot.. And you fell into it.. Look who is stupid now?  Of 
course I won't stoop so low as to use your inferior tactics..   I only hope 
your god will grant you the mercy I cannot...
