[EVA] New Site Frenzy (OT)

Hello everyone, 

Legacy here and I have a slight request for ya. I'm trying (meaning this is 
my 4th attempt) to make a website. Basically it's going to have things that 
are my hobbies and stuff like that. (ex: Drawings, Fanfictions, Anime etc) 

And I've been wondering what WebServer would be the less painful to start out 
with. A friend advised me on using Tripod...but now I can't access anything 
on there for reasons that are beyond me..but I still want to make this 
happen. So I'm just asking for a little help here...

Any advice, suggestions, or pathways to cross, would be greatly appreciated.
