I don't have a good server suggestion for you, unfortunately, I was never 
able to find a really good free hosting service.  I just have my friend host 
my on his server.  My only suggestion is that whatever you decide to do, 
keep a backup of everything on your own PC, because it seems to be a common 
thing that a server will loose your files or they will get corrupted and 
then you will be really happy to have that backup.  Good luck.
