Try www.sphosting.com.  You get your name is the subdomain (meaning
www.yourname.sphosting.com) and you only have to deal with pop-behind ads,
which are not as annoying as ads you have to put right on your page or
pop-up ads.  One thing you may not like though, they do not allow anime
content unless you pay a $50 fee (which removes the ads, you get more space,
you can hotlink images, and you can have anime content)
