The list rules permit chapter posting, and I guess it won't hurt anybody if you
discuss things with others, although the list is dedicated to discussion of all
matters with Eva and Gainax central.

As I said, this is not a fic board. This is a discussion list where you can post
chapters of your stories and get feedback. If your feedback becomes abundant
you're required to please switch to private.

It is not the concern of the list. You yourself should contact the author of the
story you plan to use as a baseline and ask him or her permission.
