Core and S2 Kikan are NOT the same thing. There is nothing suggesting otherwise.

Irrelevant.

where we learn that the S2 Kikan gives infinite power to an Eva.

They were not yet completed. LOOK at the show.

Only because they had wings, an S2 Kikan, and drooled all around?

It also regenerated after the not-so-irrelevant damage dealt by Zeruel.

It is irrelevant, like many of the things that are left unsaid and that people
still try to find an unbacked-up answer for.

Death of all humankind as a result of the abortion of the process?! Where does
this consequentiality come for?!
> Right. I didn't really understand the whole point of it.
Yes, this is evident by now.

Sez you and some websites.

The point is, he's NOT an hero and was never meant to be. He's the main aspect
of Anno himself, as are most other characters (when they don't represent
important figures in his life).

Are you sure they don't come from people who could not accept that they didn't
get a preformatted answer at the end? For that's precisely the reason the
authors say they made it that way.
> (Yeah, positive or negative third impact, it's just a matter of opinion.
> You have yours, I have mine.)
As I said, when this does not go against the declared intentions of the authors.
