[EVA] Eva Movies French Release...with the English track

So, can anyone think of a reason anyone in Region 1 would want to wait for
the Manga Entertainment release if this company is releasing the movies now?
Manga Entertainment has D&R listed for July 30, and EoE wasn't even on the
timetable I looked at on their site.  Anyone know what the differences would
be?
