[EVA] Eva Movies French Release...with the English track

1 reason...NTSC vs. PAL
Most people in the US (region 1) aren't equipped to handle PAL unless
they want to watch it on their computer monitor, which tends to be much
smaller and less comfortable then a nice TV and couch.
