Actually, the partial list I mentioned can be found in
Anime News Network and also, there are statments made
regarding the ranking.... yes, it is not really ranked
as according to critics or popularity instead it is
'catagorised' in a certain way... these can be found

version of a full and complete list of the top 100.
(if you look carefully the list miss a few number of
