So far 9 Angels have appeared, and the manga version only has 12 Angels, so
assuming the manga approximately follows the TV script, the three remaining
Angels would appear to be the mindrape angel (to incapacitate Asuka), the
halo "conglomerate" Angel (to destroy the "2nd" Rei), and then
Tabris/Kaworu (to royally mess up Shinji).
I just wonder how Sadamoto plans to wrap everything up.
